On your first month or weeks they will assign you in 1 LOB then after a several month they'll gated you to different LOB even you are not properly trained. It leads you to stress which affects your mental health. And last, it tooks several months to release your last pay. So disgusting.

Gone with the Alorica recruitment yesterday. 🏆☺️ As An applicant. ( Numerous applicant during that day ) We need just to be patient, polite and respectful in communicating our queries if ever we have. Bring our GMRCs 😉😇✌️ everyone is understandable tired too (snack pack and tumbler for they have water dispenser, scout ranger mode on ☺️). Last year i was given 2 Starbucks freebies as an applicant and GCASH 1 k to 2k unexpectedly a surprise indeed. ( first time to drink 🤣 I said thanks then again, when I got back they got another for my 2nd 🏆☺️) Started at 4pm and finished at 8pm. I need to wait for my friends too to finish. Comfortable and relaxing AC cool temperature ha ha ha bring a jacket. Thank you for the chance 🏆😇

They want beginners since they will not demand salary, and if they know you have experience, you will not automatically passed. I have someone who applied to Alorica Centris with 16 months of experience but has yet to be hired. They ought to disclose the salary they are looking for right away so that we do not apply to Alorica Centris. 17-18K ONLY, WASTE OF TIME!
